Are sneakers Adidas Response 17 correct for the use of cross training?
Although they are labeled as Running sneakers, the seller of the store said they were willing to Cross-fitness classes, weight lifting, etc. I'm afraid they do may not have enough stability - training.
they are good shoes but they run small, for the next size up from what you normally do and lace them tight
