What position would I be good at in Rugby?
I am 5'7, I weigh 165 pounds, and according to my scale, I have 20% body fat. I have been lifting weights since 7th grade, but I am not a beast, more towards the stocky side.. I have played soccer most my life and played right wing and mid-field most the time. I was a running back when I played football. I'd say I have above average overall endurance, especially running. What do you think I will be put at?
I don't know anything about US football but i'm guessing if you were a "running back" then you must be good at running. I suggest somewhere in the backs, outside, wing or fullback might be good for you
