Soccer ball movement on artificial turf versus grass in rain?
My soccer team will be playing on artificial turf in the rain on Saturday versus our normal grass. How will the ball move differently and what should my players expect with regards to distance and speed of the ball accounting for both the turf and the rain?
this year my home field was turf and let me tell you the ball goes way faster so take softer touches and it also can be very slippery just like playing in the mud is but that depends whether or not it is wet or not at least that was how it was for me
