what are some of the effective breathin techniques when doing martial arts like taekwondo or jiujitsu?
when doing martials involvin kickin n such i've known that my energy gets drained pretty quickly from shallow breathin n i would like to know some breathin techniques/exercises for when doing taekwondo n jiujitsu
my energy gets drained from shallow breathin resultin in gettin tired easily, low endurance, n lowers my performance especially when sparring n training hard!!
Breathe into the area below your belly button. Lots of times people like to breathe into the top of their chest, which makes breathing shallow and short. Also, you need to relax more. Relaxing more and breathing like other posters here have suggested will help you. Also, the more you practice, the easier you'll breathe.
